The University of Birmingham is seeking to recruit a Postdoctoral Fellow to Professor Michael Overduin's laboratory at the Institute for Cancer Studies. A new ultra-high field NMR spectroscopy facility has been established by The Wellcome Trust and represents a significant new initiative by the UK in post-genomic science (see www.cancerstudies.bham.ac.uk/research/nmr/).
Beginning from Summer 2004, it will provide 900, 800, 600 and 500 MHz systems for structure/function studies of biological molecules. Candidates should have relevant research interests and expertise, and a commitment to team work as described in http://www.punit.bham.ac.uk. Funding is through the BBSRC, Cancer Research UK and Wellcome Trust.
