FIELD ASSISTANTS (2) needed for research project on the population
ecology of migrant and resident birds on Jamaica. One position will run
from Dec- Feb, and the other from Feb- Apr. Travel and living expenses
will be provided, but no stipend available. Preferred experience: bird
banding, radio-tracking, identifying color-banded individuals,
behavioral observations, insect identification. Required dispositions:
enthusiasm, patience, stoicism and any other temperaments that help in
studying small, secretive birds in thick habitats under extremely hot
