A postdoctral research fellowship and a PhD studentship positions are available at the Instituto de Neurociencias de Alicante (Spain). The primary focus will be on the study of the function and regulation of newly discovered proto-oncogenes in Drosophila using a multidisciplinary approach. To qualify, PhD or a degree in biology or chemistry is required. For the postdoc position, experience in molecular biology/cell biology (microarray, ChIP, cell cultures, etc) would be an advantage. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with the ambition to conduct outstanding research in a young, active research group within an international competitive basic neuroscience research centre.
