(Job #900018): The University of Toledo has an immediate opening for a research technician at their Lake Erie Center campus in the lab of Dr. Jonathan Bossenbroek. This position has the responsibility for studying the potential distributions and impacts of invasive species, including the zebra mussel and emerald ash borer. This position will be responsible for assisting with projects in the laboratory/field, working with ArcGIS, data management and library research. A successful candidate must hold a BA or BS degree and have undergraduate research experience. Experience with aquatic environments, mathematics and statistics and other applicable computer programs are preferred. The salary for this position is $27,000 per year.
