Technical assistant. Inflammation Biology group- DRFZ (Germany)

Deutsches Rheuma-Forschungszentrum (DRFZ) Berlin, ein Institut der Leibniz-Gemeinschaft, is looking for a part time Technical assistant (m/f) to join the Inflammation Biology group (AG Entzündungsbiologie). This group, headed by Prof. Dr. Sergei Nedospasow, is interested in the physiological functions of cytokines of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily, especially in relation to autoimmune disorders like rheumatoid arthritis. The group is extensively uses multiple transgenic mouse strains. The candidate should be highly motivated, well-organized and willing to work in a group mainly investigating mouse models. Basic knowledge of molecular and cellular biology methods is required. Additionally, candidate should have fluent English, while part of his/her duties will be related to paper work and administrative issues. The probation period is 3 months.
