Tenure track position Animal behavior USA

Position Summary:

Gettysburg College invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of assistant professor in the Biology Department to begin August 2014.  The successful candidate will teach a sophomore-level course in Animal Behavior, a sophomore-level organismal course (e.g., vertebrate zoology, entomology) - both courses with laboratory component, and will share teaching duties in our core biology sequence.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. in the Biological Sciences, commitment to teaching in the liberal arts tradition, and research that involves undergraduates are essential; post-doctoral experience preferred.
