The symposium will explore
the frontiers of biological complexity and address how to approach this
scientifically. It will include sessions on the different levels of
complexity present in biology and will begin at the level of single
cells, and then tackle the complexities of cell
populations, organisms and finally that of communities. With this broad
scope of topics we hope to facilitate scientific exchange and a fresh
perspective on our everyday struggle with understanding complexity.
