Job description
Do you have excellent people skills, with an interest in how people learn?
As an Audience Researcher you will conduct audience research that will support the development of Science Museum Group galleries, exhibitions and events so we can share authentic stories and ignite the curiosity of our visitors.
Using evidence-based findings, you will make recommendations and provide advice to colleagues and external stakeholders and will ensure best-practice is shared across the Group. You will advocate for the needs of our audiences, by evaluating exhibitions and learning resources to ensure that the final products are meeting audiences' needs wants and expectations.
Joining us, you will have strong interpersonal skills, an interest in how people learn and experience of working with members of the public. As well as an understanding of research methods and analysis, you will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and solve problems.
