We are a small family-run company in the adventure-travel space offering backcountry adventures to a small number of guests. Be a good communicator
Possess strong leadership and management skills
Able to tolerate long work periods at times
Possess a love and respect for the natural world
Possess outdoor skils
Possess WFR and other industry certification
Have basic digital communication abilities

Have past lodge experience, preferably in Alaska or Canada
Have knowledge of Alaska flora and fauna, maritime culture
Have experience in the transformative, high-end adventure travel space
