The Con X Tech Prize is a global competition that provides prototype grants for project teams with a bold idea for conservation that are preparing their first prototype. The competition funds 20 finalists and provides mentoring and support through a 12-week prototyping period, where they’ll create the first working model of their idea - with $20,000 for one Grand Prize winner, including opportunities for partnership in developing and scaling the innovation.
To help participants develop potentially impactful solutions, we’re running a virtual ideation event on Saturday April 25. The half-day Ideathon will give participants access to behavior change and conservation experts, and go through exercises to generate new ideas and then iterate on them until they make it as strong as possible - and ready to submit to the Con X Tech Prize.
