This is an exciting time to join Synchronicity Earth! Our five-year strategy sets out our ambitious plans to increase our impact for nature, by significantly growing our funding as we build out our six Conservation Programmes, increasing our broader support to our partners (grantees) and increasing the number of organisations we fund.
We recognise that the environment sector (and our organisation, as part of it) has a long way to go to be as inclusive as possible to ensure people from all backgrounds and personal situations feel welcome in the workplace.
