Reporting to: Chief Scientist
BCSS is looking for an experienced person in marine sciences to join our Ocean Observatory in the Bazaruto Archipelago to permanently manage and execute a variety of projects under the research station themes, as well as lead the scientific training programs. You will join a young but active research team with a lot of hands-on, and sea-going experience running the Observatory and the data management units.
The position combines research work in various marine science disciplines that requires team-work, multi-tasking abilities, problems forecasting & solving, scientific writing, as well as a solid mindset to work in a remote environment.
