The viral immunotherapy group at the University of Barcelona is seeking for a research assistant/lab manager.
Functions:The functions will include conducting in vivo expriments in mouse tumor models and evaluating immune populations after different cancer treatments, purification and titration of viral immunotherapies, ordering, and organization of the lab.
Profile:
Research assistant/lab manager to be involved in a collaborative project with a pharmaceutical company. Accreditation for animal research is mandatory (functions b and c). A PhD degree is not mandatory but will be valued.
Competencies:
Ideally, the candidate should have experience with mouse tumor models and tissue culture. Soft skills such as autonomy, team work capacity, and well-organized work will also be valued.
