Nature Tech Collective is seeking to fill a full time Jr. level ‘Nature Analyst’ role. This will be a full-time, remote-first role, with preference to European time zones but that is not a must.
The role
As Nature Analyst, you own the production and delivery of research products NTC commits to providing to its membership, clients, and ecosystem. Working directly under the management of the and overall supervision of the Executive DIrector (ED), you’ll play a crucial role in executing on both projects of strategic value and ongoing tactical worth.Given the nascent state of the organization and the size of the team, you’ll also be expected to provide support as needed on other aspects of the organization’s work. This can include, and is not limited to:

Ongoing Research Deliverables
As the organization transitions to a paid membership and fees-for-service model, you will be charged with ensuring that NTC commitments to its paid members are delivered in time and exceed expectations. Set in consultation with your colleagues and managers, you’ll be expected to maintain a high-performance/impact schedule to ensure that aligns with organizational prioritization. Deliverables in this category include:
As the organization transitions to a paid membership and fees-for-service model, you will be charged with ensuring that NTC commitments to its paid members are delivered in time and exceed expectations. Set in consultation with your colleagues and managers, you’ll be expected to maintain a high-performance/impact schedule to ensure that aligns with organizational prioritization. Deliverables in this category include:
- Management of the in-house A.I. tool and outputs
- Research products related to corporate accelerators
- Sector-mapping work commissioned by members/clients
- Essays covering insights uncovered by research into nature tech sub-sectors
Community engagement
As a membership-based organization that views its community as a strategic value-add to the sector, you are expected to both leverage and nurture the membership through ongoing engagement. In addition to engagement avenues detailed above, you’ll be expected to regularly post and engage with member posts on slack and Linkedin, and to participate in community programming.Terms
We are looking for a full-time hire, to be filled immediately. The incoming analyst would first be offered a three-month trial contract, for the purpose of assessing cultural and capacity alignment. Compensation would be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and the experience level of the role. Benefits include medical insurance and PTO.Details here:
