An opportunity for a couple/2 friends looking to work a summer season in Greece.
Crew needed for 2 small tourist boats in Lefkada, Greece. One boat runs the Marine Adventure cruise, a snorkel/marine wildlife excursion, the other boat runs SUP/Paddleboard cruises. Each boat runs a cruise daily from early June – end September, with maximum 15 guests on board each day.
Note: 2 crew members will share accommodation, seeking couple/2 friends.
Marine Adventure Cruise Manager (marine-adventure.com)
- Manage snorkel tours focusing on marine wildlife
- Visit beaches/bays for swimming/snorkeling
- Inform guests about local wildlife
- Prepare/serve BBQ lunch
- Maintain boat cleanliness/supplies
- Oversee ticket sales
- Handle agency relations and online/social media
Requirements:
- Speedboat/powerboat license
- Marine biology interest/experience
- Strong swimming skills
- Tourism sector experience preferred
Paddleboard Cruise Host (lefkadapaddleboardcruises.com)
- Assist captain with daily operations
- Prepare/serve food and drinks
- Guide guests with paddleboarding
- Clean/prepare boat between cruises
- Interact with guests/provide information
General Requirements:
- EU residency/Greek work permit
- Fluent English
- Confident/friendly personality
- Strong customer service focus
- Water confidence
- Hospitality experience preferred
Contract Details:
- 17-week fixed term (May/June - September)
- Daytime work (few evening cruises)
- Shared accommodation provided
- Both boats operate from same harbor
