Job Title: Senior Nature and Biodiversity Expert
Location: European Union
Contract Duration: 24 months (expected start date: June/July 2025)
About the Project:
NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU-funded project "Advisory Support on Climate Adaptation, Resilience and Nature-based Solutions in Environmental Sectors." We are looking for an expert to support the core team in executing this project, which aims to accelerate environmental investments within the EU by providing targeted technical and financial advisory support to public entities.
Requirements:
✔ Qualifications and Skills:

University degree in Biology, Environmental Sciences, Natural Resources Management (sustainable forestry, agriculture, or nature stewardship), or a related field.

Advanced level of English (C1 CEFR or equivalent).
✔ General Professional Experience:
-
At least 15 years of experience in advisory, research, advocacy, or land management related to Nature-based Solutions, biodiversity, ecosystem restoration, or nature management stewardship.
✔ Specific Professional Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in managing or supporting nature and biodiversity projects or programs.

Proven experience in project development or implementation of Nature-based Solutions, with at least three completed projects.
